🧩 Role Overview – Software Tester / Test Engineer
PSR Tek is hiring experienced Software Test Engineers with strong hands-on expertise in API and UI automation.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working on modern automation tools and building reliable, scalable test solutions.
In this role, you will:
• Automate API and UI test scenarios using modern tools
• Ensure high-quality product delivery across releases
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute API automation test scripts using Rest Assured
• Design and implement UI automation using Playwright
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
• Validate API responses, business logic, and workflows
• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks
• Identify, log, and track defects effectively
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product stakeholders
• Improve test coverage and automation efficiency
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Support CI/CD-based test execution
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
• 4–9 years of experience in Software Testing / QA Automation
• Strong hands-on experience in API Automation using Rest Assured
• Hands-on experience in UI Automation using Playwright
• Good understanding of SDLC & STLC
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong analytical and debugging skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Knowledge of programming languages like Java / JavaScript
• Exposure to test framework design
• API tools like Postman
