🧩 Role Overview – General Tester (Manual Testing)
AQM Technologies is hiring a General Tester with strong manual testing skills to support software quality across projects.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy finding defects, validating functionality, and ensuring stable product releases through structured QA processes.
In this role, you will:
• Perform manual testing across applications
• Validate software functionality and usability
• Support timely, high-quality releases
You will play a key role in maintaining application quality and improving user experience.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform Manual Testing as part of the QA process
• Execute functional, regression, and sanity testing
• Design, review, and execute test cases
• Identify, log, and track defects clearly
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams for issue resolution
• Ensure quality standards before production release
• Support test reporting and documentation
• Participate in Agile sprint activities
• Validate application behavior across environments
• Contribute to continuous QA process improvement
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in BE / B.Tech preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in Manual Testing
• Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing
• Good communication skills
• Open to candidates from any domain
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in team environments
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Candidates serving notice period with 15 days joinability preferred
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum
• Basic knowledge of bug tracking tools
• Understanding of SDLC & STLC
• API testing exposure is a plus
