🧩 Role Overview – Quality Manager
Capgemini is hiring an experienced Quality Manager to drive quality excellence across enterprise technology projects and digital transformation initiatives.
This leadership role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in quality management, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and software delivery governance.
In this role, you will:
• Lead quality assurance strategies across multiple projects
• Drive process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadership groups
You will play a critical role in ensuring delivery quality, process compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Define and implement quality management strategies and governance frameworks
• Monitor project quality metrics, KPIs, and delivery performance
• Ensure adherence to organizational quality standards and best practices
• Lead audits, quality reviews, and compliance assessments
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery programs
• Collaborate with project managers, delivery teams, and stakeholders
• Manage risk assessment and quality mitigation plans
• Support Agile, DevOps, and enterprise delivery processes
• Mentor QA teams and promote a quality-first culture
• Prepare executive reports and quality dashboards for leadership
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Testing, or Quality Management
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and DevOps practices
• Experience managing enterprise-level quality initiatives
• Proven expertise in process improvement and quality governance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
• Knowledge of quality metrics, audits, and compliance frameworks
