🧩 Role Overview – Senior QA Manual Tester
Edvensoft is looking for an experienced Senior QA Manual Testing Consultant with 10+ years of professional experience to join its remote QA team in India.
This opportunity is designed for senior QA professionals who can independently manage complex testing activities, develop comprehensive test strategies, and work closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
The selected professional will play an important role in ensuring application quality across the complete software testing lifecycle.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business and technical requirements to identify comprehensive testing scenarios
• Develop detailed test plans, test strategies, and test cases
• Execute Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT Testing
• Validate application workflows against business requirements
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects
• Perform defect retesting and verification
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, business analysts, and project stakeholders
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities
• Provide testing status, quality metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders
• Support release validation and production readiness activities
• Identify opportunities to improve QA processes, test coverage, and delivery quality
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• 10+ years of professional experience in Manual Software Testing
• Strong expertise in Test Planning, Test Case Design, and Test Execution
• Hands-on experience with Functional Testing
• Strong experience in Regression Testing
• Experience with Integration Testing
• Hands-on UAT Testing experience
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong defect management and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• API Testing using Postman / REST Assured
