🎯 Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester with expertise in the Robot Framework to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using the Robot Framework.

Create, execute, and manage automated test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing.

Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality automation solutions.

Analyze test results, debug issues, and report defects accurately in test management tools.

Optimize and enhance existing automation frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability.

Perform data validation and backend testing using SQL queries.

Prepare test plans, test scripts, and documentation to ensure complete traceability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

4–7 years of hands-on experience in automation testing with a focus on the Robot Framework.

Proficiency in scripting languages (Python preferred) for automation script development.

Strong experience in integrating automation tools with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Knowledge of test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent.

Solid understanding of testing methodologies, test case design, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Experience in API testing using automation tools or libraries.

Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Selenium WebDriver or similar tools.

Experience in mobile application testing automation.

Familiarity with cloud testing platforms and tools.

ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
