🔍 Essential Skillset & Responsibilities:
💫 Hands-on QA Engineering & End-to-End Testing Ownership
The Test Engineer will be responsible for executing comprehensive quality assurance activities across enterprise-grade applications. This includes designing and executing test scenarios for API testing, UI testing, scheduled jobs, and database validation, ensuring system reliability, performance, and data integrity across environments such as UAT, SIT, and E2E.
💫 Automation Testing for Web & Enterprise Applications
You will actively develop and maintain automation test scripts for web-enabled applications, supporting continuous testing initiatives. Strong exposure to modern automation frameworks and test execution strategies is essential to ensure faster, reliable, and scalable releases.
💫 Agile Testing & Collaboration
The role requires deep hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners. You will participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.
💫 Test Management & Defect Governance
You will leverage JIRA and test management tools to execute test cases, track defects, manage test cycles, and provide clear reporting on test progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
💫 Cyber Security & IAM Application Testing
A key focus area for this role is testing Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. Experience with OIM, SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), Ping ID, HYPR, or similar cyber security platforms will be highly valuable. You will validate authentication, authorization, access control, and identity workflows to ensure compliance and security standards are met.
💫 CI/CD & Modern Testing Practices
You will support testing within Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring automated tests integrate seamlessly with build and deployment workflows. A strong understanding of testing frameworks and DevOps-aligned quality practices is expected.
🔍 Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
💫 5–8 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance and Application Testing
💫 Strong hands-on experience in API Testing, UI Testing, Database Testing, and Automation
💫 Experience working with IAM / Cyber Security tools such as SailPoint, Ping ID, or similar platforms
💫 Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and test frameworks
💫 Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
💫 Experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and enterprise testing strategies
