💫 Quality Assurance Leadership & SME Ownership
As a Senior Quality Assurance professional, you will act as a QA Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving quality initiatives across enterprise-scale projects. This role requires deep expertise in manual and automation testing, combined with leadership capabilities to mentor teams, define QA governance, and influence overall product quality strategy for large, complex applications.
💫 End-to-End STLC & Test Governance Expertise
You will be responsible for owning and strengthening the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) across multiple environments, including SIT, UAT, and E2E testing. This includes defining test strategies, ensuring adherence to QA best practices, setting quality metrics, and enabling consistent, repeatable testing processes across teams.
💫 Environment, Platform & Database Validation
The role demands strong hands-on experience testing applications across Windows and UNIX operating systems, along with backend validation using RDBMS and Oracle 19C databases. You will validate data accuracy, system integrations, and end-to-end workflows to ensure robust, scalable, and high-performing enterprise systems.
💫 Defect Management & QA Tooling Excellence
You will be extensively involved in defect lifecycle management using industry-standard tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow. This includes logging, tracking, prioritizing, and reporting defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely resolution with minimal production risk.
💫 Troubleshooting, Risk Analysis & Problem Solving
A key responsibility is identifying quality risks early through strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. You will proactively investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend preventive actions to improve system stability and delivery confidence.
💫 Mentoring, Governance & Team Enablement
As a senior QA leader, you will mentor junior and mid-level QA engineers, provide technical guidance, and support skill development initiatives. You will contribute to QA governance frameworks, quality metrics, and continuous improvement programs that elevate testing maturity across the organization.
💫 Adaptability & Continuous Learning
This role requires a strong willingness to learn and adopt new technologies quickly, staying current with evolving QA practices, tools, and enterprise testing standards to support modern, high-impact digital solutions.
