📱 Role Overview – Mobile QA Engineer (iOS & Android)
As a Mobile QA Engineer, you will test and validate high-traffic iOS and Android native mobile applications used by millions of users.
You will act as the Voice of QA during release planning and collaborate across product, engineering, and stakeholder teams to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability.
This role combines:
Manual Mobile Testing
API Testing (Postman)
UI Automation (Appium / Selenium)
Network & Device Log Analysis
End-to-End Mobile Test Automation
🔧 What You’ll Get Your Hands On
Testing native iOS & Android applications
Performing smoke, regression, feature & exploratory testing
Writing & maintaining UI automation scripts for end-to-end mobile testing
Capturing & analyzing network traces and device logs
Validating backend APIs using POSTMAN
Participating in release planning & sprint ceremonies
Solving complex business problems ensuring scalability & performance
Evaluating test results and recommending improvements
Staying updated with evolving mobile technologies and standards
🧙♂️ The Magic You Bring
2+ years in software testing or development lifecycle
Experience in mobile application testing (Android & iOS)
1+ year backend/API testing using Postman or similar tools
Experience with test data services & virtual services
Strong analytical & communication skills
Passion for product quality & user empathy
Continuous learner mindset
