🔍 Role Overview
As a Senior Manual QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality application delivery by performing manual and API testing, validating backend systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
💫 Manual Testing & Test Execution
• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
💫 API Testing & Validation
• Conduct API testing using Postman and Swagger
• Validate REST APIs, JSON responses, and backend services
💫 Defect Management
• Identify, report, and track defects using JIRA
• Ensure proper defect lifecycle management
💫 Collaboration & Agile Practices
• Work closely with developers and product teams
• Participate in test planning, reviews, and Agile ceremonies
💫 Data & Backend Validation
• Perform data validation using SQL queries
• Ensure data integrity and system reliability
🔍 Required Skills & Qualifications
💫 6+ years of experience in Manual Testing & API Testing
💫 Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC
💫 Hands-on experience with Postman, REST APIs, JSON
💫 Experience with JIRA for defect tracking
💫 Knowledge of SQL for database validation
💫 Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
