💫 Team Leadership & Delivery
• Lead and mentor QA team members
• Manage test planning, execution, and delivery cycles
💫 Manual & UI Testing
• Perform UI, functional, and regression testing
• Ensure high-quality user experience across applications
💫 UAT & Stakeholder Management
• Handle User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders
💫 AI/ML Testing
• Test AI-driven features like chatbots and prediction systems
• Validate data accuracy and model behavior
💫 Agile & Process Management
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments
• Track defects and progress using JIRA
🔍 Required Skills & Qualifications
💫 5+ years of experience in Manual Testing
💫 Minimum 1 year of team handling experience
💫 Strong expertise in UI Testing & Regression Testing
💫 Hands-on experience with JIRA & UAT processes
💫 Exposure to AI/ML-based application testing
