Asan Labs is looking for a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in manual testing to join its growing Quality Assurance team.
This role is ideal for professionals passionate about software quality, defect prevention, and delivering reliable products in a fast-paced environment.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
💫 Manual Testing & Quality Assurance
• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing
• Ensure high-quality deliverables across releases
💫 Defect Management
• Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools
• Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution and retesting
💫 Test Planning & Strategy
• Participate in requirement analysis and test planning
• Create and maintain test documentation and reports
💫 Collaboration & Agile Practices
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
💫 Quality Improvement
• Suggest and implement process improvements in QA practices
• Ensure adherence to SDLC & STLC methodologies
🔍 Required Skills & Qualifications
💫 7+ years of experience in Manual Testing / QA Engineering
💫 Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes
💫 Experience in functional, regression, and exploratory testing
💫 Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA or similar)
💫 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
💫 Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
💫 Ability to work independently in a remote and US-shift environment
