🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Develop comprehensive test strategies aligned with business and technical goals
• Create standardized test plans and testing frameworks for project teams
• Manage QA teams by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and tracking progress
• Provide mentorship, training, and support to QA engineers
• Review test artifacts including test cases, scripts, and test data
• Consolidate test results and prepare detailed QA reports and dashboards
• Identify opportunities to improve testing services and methodologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align QA strategies with project objectives
• Present testing solutions and proposals based on research and best practices
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in test strategy development and QA management
• Strong expertise in test planning, execution, and defect lifecycle management
• Knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks
• Experience in test case design and quality assurance documentation
• Strong ability to identify, assess, and mitigate testing risks
• Familiarity with performance testing tools and methodologies
• Experience working in Agile and project management environments
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
