🔍 Role Overview
As a Lead QA Engineer, you will drive end-to-end manual testing strategy, ensure high-quality releases, and lead QA efforts across projects.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
💫 Manual Testing Expertise
• Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing
• Ensure complete test coverage and defect-free releases
💫 Test Process & Quality Assurance
• Implement and follow STLC processes
• Maintain high standards in test planning and execution
💫 Defect Management
• Track and manage defects using JIRA
• Ensure proper defect lifecycle management
💫 Stakeholder & Team Leadership
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams
• Lead QA efforts and manage team deliverables
💫 Agile Collaboration
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
🔍 Required Skills & Qualifications
💫 7+ years of experience in Manual Testing
💫 Strong expertise in Functional, Regression, and UAT Testing
💫 Solid understanding of STLC & QA methodologies
💫 Hands-on experience with JIRA
