💫 QA Leadership & Team Management
As a QA Manager, you will lead and mentor QA managers, automation engineers, and testing teams, fostering a culture of quality excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for building high-performing QA teams and driving best practices across the organization.
💫 Presales Solutioning & Deal Governance
You will own presales activities, including RFP analysis, effort estimation, pricing inputs, and solution design. Your role will involve crafting winning QA strategies and presenting high-value QA propositions to clients in competitive business environments.
💫 Automation Strategy & Quality Engineering
You will define and drive test automation strategies using tools like Selenium and modern QA frameworks, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and faster release cycles. You will play a key role in advancing the organization’s automation maturity and quality engineering practices.
💫 Stakeholder Collaboration & Client Engagement
You will collaborate with Sales, Delivery teams, Business Units (BUs), and Communities of Practice (CoPs) to optimize delivery models, lead client discussions, and secure project approvals. Strong stakeholder management skills will be critical for success in this role.
💫 Delivery Excellence & Account Growth
You will contribute to delivery excellence and account expansion, identifying opportunities to enhance QA services, improve client satisfaction, and drive long-term business growth.
💫 Process Improvement & Quality Governance
You will establish QA governance frameworks, quality metrics, and continuous improvement processes to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality software solutions across enterprise projects.

💫 10+ years of experience in Software Testing, QA Leadership, and Quality Engineering
💫 Strong experience in QA team management and mentoring large testing teams
💫 Hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium and modern QA tools
💫 Proven experience in presales, RFP analysis, and solutioning
💫 Strong understanding of test strategies, delivery models, and QA governance
