🔍 Essential Skillset & Responsibilities
💫 End-to-End Software Testing Execution
As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure application quality. You will validate system functionality through structured testing approaches across web and mobile platforms.
💫 Manual & Functional Testing Expertise
You will perform detailed manual testing and functional testing, ensuring that applications meet business requirements and deliver seamless user experiences. Your role will focus on identifying defects before production release.
💫 Bug Tracking & Defect Management
You will identify, document, and track bugs using defect management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms. Close collaboration with developers will ensure timely defect resolution and improved product stability.
💫 Regression, Integration & System Testing
You will execute regression testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure that new changes do not impact existing functionalities and that all modules work together efficiently.
💫 Requirement Analysis & QA Feedback
You will actively participate in requirement analysis discussions, providing QA insights and feedback to improve product quality from the early stages of development.
💫 Automation Testing Exposure (Good to Have)
While the primary focus is on manual testing, exposure to automation tools like Selenium will be an added advantage. Understanding automation will help improve test efficiency and scalability.
🔍 Required Skills & Qualifications
💫 2–3 years of experience in software testing (manual and basic automation exposure)
💫 Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Bug Life Cycle
💫 Hands-on experience in manual testing of web or mobile applications
💫 Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.)
💫 Basic knowledge of API testing and SQL queries
💫 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
💫 Good communication and collaboration abilities
💫 Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred)
💫 Exposure to automation tools like Selenium or similar (nice to have)
