As a QA Tester (SIT & UAT), you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration testing, business validation, and high-quality product releases by collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

💫 System Integration Testing (SIT)
• Perform end-to-end integration testing across systems
• Validate workflows and ensure seamless data flow between applications
💫 UAT Leadership & Business Testing
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles
• Ensure business requirements are fully validated before release
💫 Regression & Release Management
• Manage monthly regression cycles
• Ensure stability and quality of production releases
💫 Defect Management & QA Governance
• Identify, log, and track defects effectively
• Maintain strong quality governance and reporting standards
💫 Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead QA teams across distributed environments
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and product teams
