🔍 Role Overview
As an Automation Test Lead, you will take ownership of end-to-end quality engineering, lead QA teams, and drive automation strategies to ensure high-quality product delivery.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
💫 Leadership & Team Management
• Lead and mentor QA teams across projects
• Ensure effective test planning and execution
💫 Test Strategy & Planning
• Define test strategies, roadmaps, and QA processes
• Drive end-to-end testing and quality governance
💫 Automation & Framework Development
• Build and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium / Cypress)
• Implement POM, BDD, and data-driven frameworks
💫 API & End-to-End Testing
• Perform API testing and integration validation
• Ensure seamless end-to-end business workflows
💫 CI/CD & DevOps Integration
• Integrate testing with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Enable continuous testing pipelines
💫 Stakeholder & Agile Collaboration
• Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes
🔍 Required Skills & Qualifications
💫 8+ years of experience in QA / Automation Testing
💫 Strong leadership and team handling experience
💫 Expertise in Automation Testing (Selenium / Cypress, API Testing)
💫 Experience in Agile/Scrum and end-to-end testing
💫 Hands-on experience with CI/CD & DevOps tools
💫 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

💫 Experience in Automation Framework Development (POM, BDD, Data-Driven)
💫 Knowledge of Test Metrics & Reporting
💫 Domain expertise in Banking / Finance
💫 Exposure to Performance & Security Testing
