🧩 Role Overview – Product Quality Analyst
Riipen is expanding its Product team and hiring a Product Quality Analyst to help ensure the reliability, consistency, and overall quality of the Riipen platform.
Unlike traditional QA roles that focus solely on feature testing, this role emphasizes integrating quality across the entire product development lifecycle. The Product Quality Analyst works closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure that features are well-designed, scalable, and aligned with the platform’s overall user experience.
The role involves performing manual and exploratory testing while also identifying risks, edge cases, and system-level inconsistencies early in the development process.
As a key member of the Product team, the analyst will contribute to product design discussions, evaluate feature implementations, and help identify opportunities to improve product reliability and development processes.
This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy analyzing how complex platforms behave as interconnected systems and who are passionate about delivering high-quality digital experiences.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform manual and exploratory testing to validate new features and improvements
• Review product requirements, specifications, and design documentation to identify risks and edge cases
• Develop test strategies and test plans that cover core user journeys and platform interactions
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure consistent product behavior
• Identify, document, and communicate defects with clear root-cause analysis
• Conduct exploratory testing to uncover usability issues and unexpected behaviors
• Validate bug fixes and ensure regression issues are prevented
• Identify patterns and systemic issues across multiple product releases
• Contribute to improving product quality processes and testing practices
• Help ensure releases meet high standards for usability, reliability, and performance
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Experience performing QA testing for web applications
• Strong skills in manual testing and exploratory testing techniques
• Ability to identify edge cases, usability concerns, and system-level issues
• Experience translating product requirements into structured testing strategies
• Familiarity with modern web application architecture
• Strong communication skills and collaboration with product teams
• Experience participating in product requirement or design reviews
• Ability to work independently within a remote team environment
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Passion for improving product quality and user experience
