🔍 Essential Skillset & Responsibilities
💫 Manual Testing & Software Quality Assurance
As a QA Manual Tester, you will be responsible for validating the functionality, performance, and usability of modern web applications. You will conduct detailed manual testing to ensure that software products meet quality standards and deliver a seamless user experience for global clients.
💫 Test Case Creation & Execution
You will design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on functional requirements and user stories. Your testing efforts will help identify potential defects early in the development cycle and ensure high-quality software releases.
💫 Defect Identification & Bug Tracking
You will identify, document, and track software defects using standard bug tracking and issue management tools. Clear documentation and communication with development teams will help ensure that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
💫 Collaboration with Development & Product Teams
Working closely with developers, designers, and product managers, you will ensure that all application features are thoroughly tested and aligned with business requirements. Collaboration across teams will help improve product quality and accelerate release cycles.
💫 Quality Assurance for Web Applications
You will validate application workflows, UI behavior, and user functionality across multiple environments to ensure reliable performance. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills will help maintain high-quality standards.

🔍 Required Skills & Qualifications
💫 6 months to 1 year of experience in Manual Software Testing or QA roles
💫 Basic understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA processes
💫 Experience designing and executing manual test cases and test scenarios
💫 Ability to identify and report software bugs and defects effectively

💫 Good communication and collaboration skills
💫 Ability to work remotely with distributed global teams
