🔍 Essential Skillset & Responsibilities
💫 Manual & Automation Testing Expertise
As a QA Tester / QA Engineer, you will be responsible for performing both manual testing and automation testing, ensuring high-quality software delivery across applications. You will validate system functionality and identify issues before product release.
💫 Software Testing Lifecycle (SDLC & STLC)
You will work across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), ensuring structured testing processes and efficient quality assurance practices.
💫 Test Case Design & Execution
You will design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans, ensuring complete test coverage for application features and business workflows.
💫 Defect Tracking & Bug Reporting
You will identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring proper bug lifecycle management and timely resolution with development teams.
💫 Automation & API Testing Tools
You will work with tools like Selenium for automation testing and Postman for API testing, improving test coverage and ensuring backend system validation.
💫 Quality Assurance & Collaboration
You will collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to maintain product quality, improve testing processes, and deliver reliable software solutions.
🔍 Required Skills & Qualifications
💫 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
💫 Knowledge of software testing methods (manual and automation)
💫 Understanding of SDLC and STLC processes
💫 Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Selenium, and Postman
💫 Experience in bug tracking and defect reporting
💫 Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
💫 Good communication and teamwork skills
