🔍 Essential Skillset & Responsibilities
💫 Manual Testing & Feature Validation
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for performing end-to-end manual testing across features, workflows, and product releases. You will ensure application quality by validating functionality, usability, and performance before production deployment.
💫 Test Case Design & Execution
You will create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans, ensuring complete coverage of business requirements and application workflows.
💫 API Testing & Backend Validation
You will conduct API testing using tools like Postman and Swagger, validating backend services, integrations, and data flow between systems. Strong API validation skills will be critical for ensuring system reliability.
💫 Defect Management & Quality Assurance
You will identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution through collaboration with development teams. Your role will help maintain high standards of software quality and stability.
💫 Regression, Functional & Integration Testing
You will perform regression testing, functional testing, and integration testing to ensure new changes do not impact existing features and that system components work seamlessly together.
You will support release readiness activities, ensuring applications are production-ready. Additionally, you will contribute to improving QA processes, enhancing testing efficiency, and maintaining quality benchmarks.
💫 Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication
You will work closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, effective issue resolution, and alignment on quality expectations.
🔍 Required Skills & Qualifications
💫 5+ years of experience in manual testing and software quality assurance
💫 Strong experience in functional testing and regression testing
💫 Hands-on expertise in API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools
💫 Good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and QA methodologies
💫 Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and remote environment
💫 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
💫 Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
💫 Exposure to client-facing or consulting roles
💫 Experience with enterprise or integrated systems
💫 Domain knowledge in healthcare or regulated industries
