🧩 Role Overview – QA Automation Engineer (Mobile Testing | Appium | Android & iOS)
Adler QA is hiring a skilled QA Automation Engineer for mobile application testing across Android and iOS platforms.
This is a high-demand QA opportunity for professionals with Appium, BrowserStack, and CI/CD experience—key skills in the mobile testing and enterprise automation market.
In this role, you will:
• Build scalable mobile automation frameworks
• Test complex Android and iOS applications
• Ensure stable, high-quality product releases
You will play a critical role in improving app performance, automation coverage, and release confidence for real-time mobile platforms.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks
• Automate end-to-end mobile user journeys and workflows
• Perform Android and iOS automation testing
• Execute automation suites on BrowserStack cloud devices
• Work with Appium and CodeceptJS framework
• Analyze failures, debug issues, and improve test stability
• Integrate test suites with CI/CD pipelines
• Validate app functionality, performance, and reliability
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product stakeholders
• Ensure timely, high-quality production releases
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 2–3 years of hands-on Mobile Automation experience
• Strong expertise in Appium (mandatory)
• Experience with iOS Automation using XCUITest
• Experience with Android Automation Testing
• Hands-on knowledge of CodeceptJS (Appium helper)
• Experience using BrowserStack on real devices / cloud
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture & client-server communication
• Knowledge of Git (branching, merging, pull requests)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated execution

• API Testing exposure
• Performance testing knowledge
• JavaScript / Node.js experience
• Agile / Scrum project experience
• Mobile security testing awareness
