🧩 Role Overview – QA Automation Engineer (Playwright | Python | AI Testing)
Adroit Innovative is hiring a hands-on QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Playwright, Python, and AI-driven testing approaches.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy building robust automation frameworks, working on UI and API automation, and exploring modern AI-based testing methods—high-demand skills in today’s tech market.
In this role, you will:
• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks
• Perform UI and API automation testing
• Explore AI-powered testing tools and self-healing concepts
You will play a key role in improving test efficiency, release quality, and automation maturity across the product lifecycle.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright and Python
• Perform UI and API automation testing across applications
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines
• Work with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions for build and test execution
• Explore and apply AI/GenAI testing tools for smarter QA workflows
• Support framework enhancement, debugging, and defect analysis
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and DevOps teams
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable releases
• Participate in Agile development and sprint ceremonies
• Contribute to process improvements and testing innovation
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in QA Automation
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Python
• Experience in UI and API automation testing
• Strong framework development experience
• Exposure to AI / GenAI testing tools or AI-enabled workflows
• Good understanding of CI/CD, Agile, and DevOps practices
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Immediate joiners preferred
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• BDD experience with Cucumber or Behave
• Docker and Kubernetes exposure
• Performance testing knowledge (JMeter / k6)
• Cloud experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
• Familiarity with self-healing automation frameworks
