As a QA Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of software applications through structured testing practices, detailed analysis, and collaboration with development teams.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
💫 Manual Testing & Quality Validation
• Perform thorough manual testing of application features and workflows
• Ensure products meet business and technical quality standards
💫 Test Case Design & Execution
• Create, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios
• Validate application behavior against requirements and acceptance criteria
💫 Defect Tracking & Reporting
• Identify, document, and track defects using standard QA processes
• Work closely with developers to ensure timely issue resolution
💫 Regression & Functional Testing
• Perform functional testing, regression testing, and sanity checks
• Support stable and defect-free releases across environments
💫 Collaboration & Communication
• Coordinate with product and development teams
• Provide clear QA status updates and testing insights
🔍 Required Skills & Qualifications
💫 2–4 years of experience in Software Testing / QA Analysis
💫 Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies
💫 Experience in test case creation, execution, and defect tracking
💫 Good knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes
💫 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
💫 Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
💫 Ability to work in a 1 PM to 10 PM shift
