💫 QA Leadership & End-to-End Quality Ownership
As a Manual QA Lead, you will drive the complete QA lifecycle, including test strategy, planning, execution, and release validation. You will ensure high-quality delivery across product-based or ERP systems with zero production leakage.
💫 Product / ERP Testing Expertise
You will work extensively on product-based platforms or ERP implementations, validating complex workflows, business logic, and enterprise-grade applications. Strong domain understanding is critical for ensuring system accuracy and reliability.
💫 Manual Testing Excellence (Functional, Regression & UAT)
You will lead functional, regression, and UAT testing efforts, ensuring applications meet business requirements and deliver seamless user experiences across releases.
💫 AI-Driven Testing & Modern QA Practices
You will leverage AI tools and modern QA practices to improve testing efficiency, enhance coverage, and bring innovation into traditional testing processes.
💫 Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration
You will manage and mentor QA teams, coordinate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders, and provide clear insights into quality metrics, risks, and release readiness.
💫 Defect Management & Release Governance
You will oversee defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution, ensuring adherence to SDLC/STLC processes and maintaining quality standards across the release cycle.
🔍 Required Skills & Qualifications
💫 7–10 years of experience in Manual Testing with QA Lead experience
💫 Strong background in Product-based companies OR ERP implementation projects (mandatory)
💫 Expertise in test planning, test strategy, and execution
💫 Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, defect management, and release cycles
💫 Experience in end-to-end functional, regression, and UAT testing
💫 Exposure to AI tools in QA / modern testing practices
💫 Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
💫 Experience with enterprise platforms / SaaS products
💫 Familiarity with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.)
💫 Basic understanding of automation testing concepts
