💫 Manual Testing & Functional Validation (CRM/SFA Applications)
As a QA Engineer, you will perform end-to-end manual testing for CRM/SFA-based web and mobile applications, ensuring business workflows, usability, and functionality meet expected standards.
💫 Automation Testing with Selenium (Basic Level)
You will contribute to automation testing using Selenium, helping build and execute automation scripts to improve regression coverage and accelerate testing cycles.
💫 API Testing & Backend Validation
You will perform API testing using Postman, validating request/response flows, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting backend integration testing across systems.
💫 Web & Mobile Application Testing
You will test applications across web and mobile platforms, ensuring cross-device compatibility, responsiveness, and seamless user experience.
💫 Defect Management & Quality Assurance
You will identify, log, track, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high product quality across releases.
💫 Performance & Load Testing Basics
You will support basic load testing activities, helping identify performance bottlenecks and ensuring system stability under different usage conditions.
