🧩 Role Overview – Manual Tester (Network Testing | UK Contract)
Gazelle Global Consulting is urgently hiring 7 Manual Testers with strong Network Testing experience for immediate onboarding.
This role is ideal for QA professionals with hands-on experience in networking environments, looking for high-paying contract opportunities in the UK tech market.
You will be working on real-time network and application testing scenarios, ensuring performance, stability, and reliability across systems.
You will collaborate with:
• Network Engineers
• QA & Testing Teams
• Infrastructure & DevOps Teams
This is a high-impact contract role where your expertise in network fundamentals and testing will directly contribute to system performance and delivery timelines.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform manual testing across applications and network environments
• Validate system performance across LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks
• Execute functional and regression testing for web, mobile, and desktop apps
• Analyze network behavior including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing
• Test proxy and firewall configurations and behaviors
• Identify, log, and track defects with clear documentation
• Work within SDLC and STLC processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
• Ensure high-quality delivery under tight timelines
• Contribute to testing strategies and process improvements
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
✅ Experience:
• 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing
• Strong experience in Network Testing environments
• Proven experience in application testing (Web, Mobile, Desktop)
🎓 Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
🛠️ Technical Skills:
• Manual Testing & Defect Lifecycle Management
• SDLC & STLC understanding
• Network fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs
• LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi testing
• Proxy and firewall behavior analysis
• Application testing across multiple platforms
