🧩 Role Overview – QA Engineer (Banking & Financial Systems)
Northern Arc Capital is hiring a QA Engineer with experience in banking and financial applications.
This role is ideal for QA professionals working in high-demand fintech and payments domains—areas known for strong career growth and high CPC relevance.
You will work on complex financial systems such as LOS (Loan Origination Systems), BRE (Business Rule Engine), payments, and API-driven platforms.
You will collaborate with:
• Developers
• Product Teams
• Compliance & Risk Teams
This is a high-impact role where your work directly ensures system accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Test banking applications including LOS, BRE, payments, and APIs
• Create and execute functional, regression, and UAT test cases
• Perform non-functional testing (performance, load, scalability, reliability)
• Validate security aspects like authentication, authorization, and data privacy
• Test integrations with databases, payment gateways, and third-party systems
• Identify, log, and track defects with clear severity and impact
• Collaborate with development, product, and compliance teams
• Support release sign-off and post-production validation
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance of financial applications
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
✅ Experience:
• Experience in QA for Banking / Financial Applications
• Hands-on experience in manual and/or automation testing
• Exposure to payments, UAT testing, and API testing
🎓 Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
🛠️ Technical Skills:
• Functional, Regression & UAT Testing
• Banking systems (LOS, BRE, Payments)
• API Testing and integration validation
• Non-functional testing (Performance, Load, Reliability)
• Security testing (Authentication, Authorization, Data Privacy)
• Defect tracking and reporting tools
• Database and third-party integration testing
