🧩 Role Overview – QA Engineer (Automation + API Testing | Agile Environment)
GrusLabs is hiring an experienced QA Engineer with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing.
This role is ideal for professionals working in high-demand QA domains such as Selenium automation, API testing, and mobile testing—key areas with strong market demand and high CPC value.
In this role, you will:
• Develop and execute automation and manual test strategies
• Perform API and application testing across systems
• Ensure high-quality product delivery and performance
You will play a critical role in improving product quality, reliability, and user experience.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute test cases and automation scripts
• Perform functional, regression, and API testing
• Conduct automation testing using Selenium with Java
• Perform API testing using Postman / REST tools
• Identify, log, and track defects with detailed reporting
• Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders
• Ensure timely bug resolution and release readiness
• Improve testing processes and quality standards
• Validate applications across web and mobile platforms
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and QA processes
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in Software Testing (Manual + Automation)
• Strong experience in Selenium with Java
• Hands-on experience in API Testing (Postman / REST)
• Experience in test case design and execution
• Exposure to mobile testing (Appium is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience working in Agile environments
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Experience with Appium for mobile automation
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments
• Exposure to performance testing tools
