🧩 Role Overview – QA Tester (Manual | Entry-Level | Agile Environment)
Infosparkles is hiring a QA Tester with a strong interest in manual testing and software quality assurance.

In this role, you will:
• Perform manual testing of web and application systems
• Execute test cases and analyze results
• Ensure bug-free and high-quality product delivery
You will play an important role in maintaining product quality and enhancing user experience.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform manual testing of web applications and systems
• Execute test cases and document results
• Identify, log, and track bugs efficiently
• Collaborate with developers for issue resolution
• Ensure smooth functionality and usability of applications
• Follow SDLC and STLC processes for structured testing
• Support regression and functional testing activities
• Maintain clear test documentation and reports
• Contribute to improving product quality and performance
• Participate in team discussions and QA processes
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred)
• 0.8 to 1.5 years of experience in QA / Testing
• Strong understanding of Manual Testing concepts
• Knowledge of SDLC & STLC
• Basic knowledge of automation testing (preferred)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, etc.)
• Basic understanding of API testing
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of bug tracking tools
