• Implement AI/GenAI-based testing approaches
• Collaborate with Agile teams for continuous delivery
• Identify, log, and track defects with detailed analysis
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications
• Optimize testing processes and automation coverage
• Lead teams and contribute to architecture decisions (Senior roles)
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
✅ Experience:
• 5–20 years of experience in Software Testing / QA
• Strong expertise in relevant testing tools and technologies
• Experience in automation, performance, API, or enterprise testing
🎓 Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
🛠️ Technical Skills:
• Automation Testing (Selenium, Playwright, Tosca)
• API Testing & Performance Testing
• Mobile Testing (Appium)
• AI / GenAI Testing
• RPA Testing & Python-based automation
