🧩 Role Overview – QA Specialist (Agile | Cloud & Enterprise Applications)
Newforma is hiring a QA Specialist to support quality assurance across its mobile, cloud, and enterprise product suites.
This is a high-impact QA role where you will:
• Perform both manual and automation testing
• Work within an Agile development team
• Ensure quality across new features and existing applications
You will play a critical role in delivering stable, high-performance applications by ensuring testing is integrated early in the development lifecycle.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute test strategies and test approaches
• Perform manual testing across UI and backend systems
• Develop and maintain test plans and test cases
• Execute regression testing for product stability
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Validate features across multiple platforms and configurations
• Implement and troubleshoot automated test scripts
• Track and report defects with clear documentation
• Perform acceptance testing and build validation
• Use virtualization tools to enhance testing productivity
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of manual and automation testing concepts
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and test execution accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
