🔍 Essential Skillset & Responsibilities
💫 End-to-End QA & Automation Ownership
As a QA Engineer, you will design and execute manual and automated test cases, ensuring high-quality software delivery across complex applications. You will play a key role in improving test coverage, automation maturity, and release confidence.
💫 Automation Framework Development
You will build and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver (Java), Cucumber (BDD), TestNG, and Maven, enabling faster and more reliable regression cycles.
💫 API & Backend Testing
You will perform API testing using REST Assured, validate backend services, and ensure seamless integration across systems.
💫 Database & Data Validation
You will work with MySQL, MongoDB, and SQL queries to validate data accuracy and ensure integrity across applications.
💫 Agile Collaboration & QA Processes
You will collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams, convert user stories into test scenarios, and actively contribute to Agile (Scrum/Kanban) ceremonies and QA process improvements.
🔍 Required Skills & Qualifications
💫 4–10 years of experience in Manual + Automation Testing
💫 Strong hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver (Java)
💫 Experience with Cucumber (BDD), TestNG, Maven
💫 Proficiency in API Testing (REST Assured)
💫 Strong knowledge of SQL, MySQL, MongoDB
💫 Experience with Git and version control systems
💫 Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and CI/CD pipelines
💫 Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Xray, QMetry
💫 Ability to write, debug, and execute automation scripts independently
