🔍 Essential Skillset & Responsibilities
💫 AI Testing & Quality Engineering
As a Quality Engineering professional / Automation SDET, you will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies for AI models and AI-driven applications, ensuring high-quality outcomes across modern intelligent systems.
💫 AI Model Evaluation & Validation
You will work on AI evaluation metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and related validation scenarios. Your role will include building test coverage for RAG-based workflows and AI use cases to ensure reliable performance and meaningful outputs.
💫 Automation Framework Development
You will contribute to scalable automation frameworks using Python, Selenium, and CI/CD pipelines, helping improve regression coverage, delivery speed, and overall software quality.
💫 DeepEval & Test Strategy Execution
You will work with DeepEval and other automation approaches to validate AI systems, execute functional and regression automation, and improve confidence in AI product releases.
💫 Agile Collaboration & Code Reviews
You will collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders in Agile environments, contribute to automation strategy, code reviews, and quality improvement initiatives, and support continuous delivery practices.
🔍 Required Skills & Qualifications
💫 5–8 years of experience in Automation SDET / Quality Engineering
💫 Strong experience in AI Testing and Automation
💫 Hands-on experience with Python and Selenium
💫 Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps
💫 Experience working in Agile methodology
💫 Strong knowledge of AI evaluation metrics like accuracy, precision, and recall
💫 Exposure to RAG-based test scenarios
💫 Hands-on experience with DeepEval is highly preferred
💫 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
