🧩 Role Overview – Quality Engineer (Remote | Manual + Automation Testing)
Supersourcing is hiring a Quality Engineer with strong experience in both manual and automation testing.
This role is ideal for QA professionals looking to work in high-demand domains like API testing, automation frameworks, and SaaS product testing—key areas with strong market demand and high CPC value.
In this role, you will:
• Perform manual and automation testing across applications
• Design and maintain test cases and automation scripts
• Ensure high-quality product delivery in Agile environments
You will play a critical role in improving product quality, reliability, and user experience.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design, write, and execute test cases and test scenarios
• Perform manual testing across web applications and APIs
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts
• Conduct API testing and validation
• Identify, analyze, and track defects with detailed reporting
• Collaborate with developers to identify root causes of issues
• Work within Agile teams for continuous testing and delivery
• Manage personal work planning and reporting
• Ensure product quality, performance, and release readiness
• Contribute to QA best practices and process improvements
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in QA / QC roles
• Strong experience in manual testing and defect management
• Hands-on experience in automation testing for web or API applications
• Experience in API testing and validation
• Ability to design and maintain test cases and scripts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, etc.)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Basic understanding of cloud-based application testing
• Familiarity with SaaS product testing environments
