🧩 Role Overview – QA Engineer (Manual + Automation | Agile Environment)
Matisaar Technologies is hiring both Junior and Senior QA Engineers to strengthen its quality engineering team.
This role is ideal for professionals looking to work on high-demand QA areas like automation testing, API testing, and enterprise application validation—key domains with strong market demand and high CPC value.
In this role, you will:
• Perform end-to-end testing across applications
• Work closely with cross-functional Agile teams
• Ensure product quality, performance, and reliability
You will play a key role in delivering stable and high-quality software products.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test strategies
• Perform manual testing across web and application systems
• Execute regression, functional, and integration testing
• Identify, log, and track defects with proper documentation
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues
• Validate application performance and reliability
• Contribute to automation testing initiatives (where applicable)
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and QA processes
• Ensure high-quality releases and system stability
• Continuously improve QA processes and best practices
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 2+ years (Junior) or 7+ years (Senior) of QA experience
• Strong understanding of manual testing concepts
• Experience in automation testing is a plus
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, etc.)
• Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, etc.)
• Knowledge of SQL or database testing
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
