🧩 Role Overview – QA Automation Engineer (Web + Mobile Testing)
Tech Beam is hiring a skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in manual and automation testing for its Bangalore office.
This role is ideal for professionals who want to work on cutting-edge web and mobile products using Selenium, Appium, JavaScript, and modern QA practices.
In this role, you will:
• Build scalable automation frameworks from manual test cases
• Ensure quality across web, mobile, and enterprise systems
• Drive test coverage, reliability, and release confidence
You will play a key role in strengthening automation maturity and product quality.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases
• Convert manual test cases into scalable automation frameworks
• Perform Functional, Regression, Performance, and Mobile Testing
• Develop automation scripts using Selenium, Appium, and JavaScript
• Execute iOS mobile testing and device validations
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders
• Improve automation coverage and QA processes
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint releases
• Ensure stable and high-quality product deployments
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in Software Testing (Manual + Automation)
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium Automation
• Strong experience with Appium for Mobile Automation
• Must-have experience in iOS Mobile Testing
• Proficiency in JavaScript or similar scripting languages
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum
• Strong analytical and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Android mobile testing experience
• API Testing using Postman / REST tools
• CI/CD pipeline exposure
• Performance testing tools like JMeter
• Framework design and reusable automation architecture
