🧩 Role Overview – Quality Analyst (Manual + API Testing | Agile Environment)
Technocrats Horizons is hiring a Quality Analyst with strong expertise in manual testing and API validation.
This role is ideal for professionals looking to build expertise in high-demand QA areas such as API testing, mobile testing, and Agile-based product development—key domains with strong market demand and high CPC value.
In this role, you will:
• Perform end-to-end testing across web and mobile applications
• Validate APIs and backend systems
• Ensure high-quality product releases and seamless user experience
You will play a key role in ensuring product quality, reliability, and performance.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform manual testing including functional, regression, UI, and integration testing
• Design and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios
• Perform API testing using Postman / Swagger
• Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla
• Validate web and mobile applications (Android / iOS)
• Ensure data accuracy and system reliability
• Collaborate with developers and product teams for issue resolution
• Follow SDLC and STLC processes in Agile environments
• Maintain test documentation and reporting
• Support release validation and quality assurance processes
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech / B.E / BCA / MCA / M.Sc IT or related fields)
• 2–3 years of experience in manual testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC
• Hands-on experience in web and mobile testing
• Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
• Good understanding of API testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in Agile teams
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Basic knowledge of automation testing (Selenium, etc.)
• Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter)
• Experience with mobile testing tools (Appium, Android Studio)
• ISTQB Certification
