🧩 Role Overview – Senior Manual Tester (System Testing | Remote Opportunity)
VFusion Innovations is hiring an experienced Senior Manual Tester to support enterprise software quality initiatives and ensure reliable product delivery.
This is a strong opportunity for QA professionals with expertise in system testing, test case execution, defect tracking, and software lifecycle processes.
In this role, you will:
• Perform end-to-end manual testing activities
• Validate enterprise systems and business workflows
• Ensure quality releases across long-term projects
You will play a critical role in maintaining product stability, usability, and production readiness.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design, write, review, and execute detailed test cases
• Perform Software System Testing and validation
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and SIT testing
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects efficiently
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders
• Validate business requirements against delivered features
• Support release cycles and production readiness checks
• Maintain testing documentation and reports
• Ensure adherence to SDLC and QA best practices
• Improve test coverage and quality processes
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong experience in Manual Testing / System Testing
• Proven experience writing and executing test cases
• Good understanding of SDLC and SIT processes
• Hands-on experience with JIRA / JAMA tools
• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge for data validation
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently in remote environments

• Enterprise systems testing experience
• UAT coordination experience
• API testing exposure
• Agile / Scrum methodology knowledge
• Test metrics and reporting experience
