🧩 Role Overview – QA Engineer (Manual Testing – Product Focus)
Vitasoft is looking for a highly motivated QA Engineer who can drive end-to-end manual testing, product validation, and quality assurance for complex systems.
This role goes beyond UI testing and involves deep system understanding, root cause analysis, and white-box testing exposure, making it a strong career opportunity for QA professionals targeting high-value product-based roles.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform manual testing for product features, ERP workflows, and system enhancements
• Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and detailed test plans
• Validate VBA language extensions and newly developed product functionalities
• Conduct functional, regression, and black-box testing
• Analyze defects, identify root causes, and ensure proper resolution
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders for quality delivery
• Maintain test documentation and ensure complete test coverage
• Act as a quality ambassador, driving best QA practices across teams
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA roles
• Strong expertise in Manual Testing and Functional Testing
• Good understanding of Black-box testing techniques
• Experience in test planning, test case writing, and execution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root cause analysis
• Ability to handle multiple projects and parallel testing activities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools

• Basic understanding of White-box Testing / Code-level validation
