🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor high-performing engineering teams across multiple initiatives
• Drive engineering strategy, delivery execution, and technical governance
• Architect and guide solutions built on .NET, .NET Framework, and Azure Cloud
• Own strategy planning, roadmap execution, and cross-team alignment
• Support and drive AI initiatives that improve productivity, product capabilities, and innovation
• Collaborate with architects, product leaders, and stakeholders to ensure business and technology alignment
• Strengthen engineering processes, quality standards, and delivery efficiency

🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• 18–22 years of experience in software engineering or technology leadership
