🧩 Role Overview – Senior SDET (Embedded Systems | Java & Python Automation)
Volansys is hiring experienced Senior SDETs to strengthen its automation engineering team in Pune.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop robust automation frameworks for web, mobile, and embedded systems
• Create and execute automated test suites using Java or Python
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
• Build scalable test coverage for embedded system workflows
• Debug failures, analyze issues, and support defect resolution
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams in Agile environments
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Improve automation strategy, test reliability, and execution efficiency
• Support release validation and quality assurance processes
• Ensure high-quality delivery of complex software products
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in QA Automation / SDET roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Java + Selenium + Appium or Python + Pytest
• Experience in embedded system testing is required
• Strong understanding of automation framework design
• Good knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
• Strong debugging and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in fast-paced engineering environments
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Experience with CI/CD tools and Git
• Exposure to API testing and test orchestration
• Knowledge of mobile automation frameworks
• Familiarity with performance and system-level testing
