🧩 Role Overview – Test Manager (QA Leadership | Automation & Delivery Management)
Fireflink is hiring an experienced Test Manager to lead QA delivery, automation strategy, and client engagement across multiple projects.
This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for professionals experienced in managing testing teams, driving automation initiatives, and working directly with global stakeholders in consulting environments.
In this role, you will:
• Lead end-to-end testing strategy and execution
• Manage automation and manual testing initiatives
• Drive quality excellence across multiple projects
You will play a key role in ensuring delivery success, stakeholder satisfaction, and scalable QA practices across enterprise systems.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and quality frameworks
• Lead manual and automation testing across projects
• Design and review test cases, test coverage, and execution plans
• Manage multiple automation projects using Selenium and related tools
• Lead and mentor QA teams (10+ members)
• Collaborate with global clients and stakeholders
• Ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards
• Monitor QA metrics, reporting, and continuous improvements
• Handle risk management, defect tracking, and resolution strategies
• Drive Agile practices and QA process optimization
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 8–10 years of experience in Software Testing & QA Delivery
• Strong expertise in Manual Testing and Test Case Design
• Hands-on experience with Selenium Automation
• Proven experience managing multiple QA/Automation projects
• Leadership experience managing teams of 10+ members
• Strong background in services/consulting organizations
• Experience working with global clients in client-facing roles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
• Exposure to API Testing (Postman/REST Assured)
• Knowledge of performance testing tools
• Experience in Agile/DevOps environments
