🧩 Role Overview – QA Automation Engineer (Selenium | Java | CI/CD)
Accion Labs is hiring a skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in Selenium and Java.
This role is ideal for professionals who want to build scalable automation solutions, strengthen product quality, and work in modern CI/CD-driven engineering environments.
In this role, you will:
• Design and maintain robust automation frameworks
• Execute high-quality test coverage across releases
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product reliability
You will play a key role in ensuring stable, efficient, and high-performing software delivery.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design and maintain automation frameworks for enterprise applications
• Develop and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and smoke testing
• Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines
• Track defects and provide detailed reporting using Jira
• Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams
• Improve automation coverage and framework scalability
• Validate product quality across multiple environments
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles
• Support release readiness and quality assurance best practices
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 4+ years of experience in Software QA / Automation Testing
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
• Proficiency in Java
• Experience in Automation Framework Development using TestNG or JUnit
• Good knowledge of CI/CD integration tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Hands-on experience with Git and defect tracking tools like Jira
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Exposure to API testing tools
• Basic knowledge of cloud-based test environments
• Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber
• Familiarity with test reporting tools
