🧩 Role Overview – Manual & Automation Test Engineer
AQM Technologies is hiring experienced Manual and Automation Test Engineers with strong hands-on experience in the General Insurance domain.
This opportunity is ideal for QA professionals who understand insurance applications and have practical experience across manual testing, automation testing, Selenium, Java, and mobile/Android testing.
You will contribute to the complete testing lifecycle, from requirement analysis and test case design to execution, defect management, regression validation, and release quality assurance.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Analyze functional and business requirements for General Insurance applications
• Design, review, and execute comprehensive test cases
• Perform Manual and Automation Testing throughout the software lifecycle
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, and System Testing
• Test mobile and Android applications
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects
• Perform defect retesting and verification
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project teams
• Maintain test documentation and execution reports
• Support release validation and ensure adequate test coverage
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation coverage
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Any Educational Qualification
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Software Testing
• Strong hands-on experience in the General Insurance domain
• 3+ years of Manual and Automation Testing experience
• Hands-on experience with Selenium
• Good knowledge of Java for test automation
• Experience in Mobile and Android Testing
• Strong test case design and execution skills
• Good understanding of defect tracking and lifecycle management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Immediate joiners and candidates currently serving their notice period are preferred
