🔎 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into clear functional specifications
• Work with business and technical teams to configure and enhance Guidewire PolicyCenter
• Provide functional expertise across PolicyCenter Rating and policy administration
• Support insurance product configuration and rating logic
• Validate enhancements against business, technical, and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with developers, QA teams, product owners, and business stakeholders
• Support testing activities and help resolve functional issues
• Troubleshoot complex system and business problems and recommend practical solutions
• Monitor functional performance and identify opportunities to improve user experience and operational efficiency
• Contribute to implementation, enhancement, maintenance, and transformation initiatives
🧠 Key Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience delivering insurance technology solutions
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter
• Deep understanding of Guidewire Rating concepts and configuration
• Strong knowledge of insurance policy administration processes
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
• Experience supporting insurance platform implementations and enhancements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Comfortable working across business and technology teams
⭐ Good to Have:
• Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience
• Guidewire implementation, upgrade, or transformation experience
• Knowledge of underwriting workflows

💰 Compensation & Benefits:
The posted base salary range is $100,000 – $115,000 CAD annually.
The position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance-based bonus and benefits supporting physical, mental, and financial wellbeing.

This is a remote position open to qualified applicants in Canada. Working arrangements may change depending on project and client requirements.
