🔍 What You will be Working On
Gather, analyze and document complex business requirements
Write and refine user stories, requirements and functional documentation
Work with business and technology teams on solution design
Create and execute test cases and test plans
Support SIT and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Analyze production/project issues and recommend solutions
Collaborate on automated test cases and functional testing
Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
Work with client and regulatory data in a financial technology environment
🛠️ Key Skills Required
✔ 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst
✔ Previous Financial Institution / Banking experience is mandatory
✔ Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
✔ User Stories & Test Case Design
✔ Strong SQL and MS Excel skills
✔ Agile methodology experience
✔ SIT / UAT / Test Planning experience
✔ Strong stakeholder communication skills
