Key Responsibilities
Quality Strategy
Define and implement quality assurance processes.
Create testing roadmaps for large-scale applications.
Drive quality standards across engineering teams.
Test Automation
Design and maintain automation frameworks.
Support web, mobile, API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Improve test coverage and execution efficiency.
Collaboration
Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Data Scientists.
Participate in requirement reviews and risk assessments.
Influence product quality decisions.
Quality Metrics & Reporting
Track defect trends and release quality metrics.
Monitor test coverage and production health indicators.
Support release readiness and go-live decisions.
AI in Testing
Explore AI-powered test generation.
Improve defect triage using AI tools.
Increase automation efficiency through intelligent testing solutions.
