📋 Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead Microsoft 365 Copilot presales engagements and customer workshops.
✅ Design Microsoft Copilot enablement architecture aligned with customer security and compliance requirements.
✅ Conduct Copilot readiness assessments covering identity, governance, data security, and compliance.
✅ Define enterprise Copilot use cases, adoption strategy, business value realization, and implementation roadmap.
✅ Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Operations teams to deliver AI-powered business solutions.
✅ Demonstrate Microsoft Copilot capabilities through customer presentations and technical demos.
✅ Support RFP responses, solution proposals, and business case development.
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ 6–10 years of IT industry experience.
✔ Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot.
✔ Good understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture.
✔ Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Graph
✔ Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI).
✔ Experience evaluating enterprise data readiness for Microsoft Copilot deployment.
✔ Strong understanding of enterprise security, governance, compliance, and identity management.
