🔎 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications
• Own requirements traceability across design, development, testing, and deployment
• Define acceptance criteria that clearly reflect stakeholder expectations
• Work with testing teams to translate requirements into test conditions and expected results
• Analyze current technology capabilities and help define future-state solutions
• Assess impacts across business processes, systems, integrations, and customer experiences
• Lead requirements management for high-risk and strategic technology initiatives
• Identify and resolve complex requirements-related issues
• Provide guidance on technology solutions with a focus on quality, scalability, reusability, and innovation
• Collaborate with business partners, technology teams, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Support change management, operational readiness, and post-implementation activities
• Contribute to business cases, RFI/RFP activities, and technology service requirements
• Share knowledge and mentor other team members within your area of expertise

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience
• Undergraduate degree or technical certificate
• Graduate degree is an asset
• Expert understanding of system analysis processes and techniques
• Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, system components, interfaces, data flows, and business rules
• Experience with technology delivery frameworks covering design, development, testing, and implementation
• Strong business analysis and requirements management experience
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Ability to lead complex technology requirements and stakeholder discussions
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently as a senior/lead analyst and guide other team members
